The Post-It, everyone's favourite* little notepad. But is it still any good?

The little Yellow notepad has been around on office desks for many, many years, more than I can ever imagine. Currently managed by 3M, Post-It's now come in a variety fo shapes and sizes, I have yet to see any truly massive ones though.

The regular size is big enough to scrawl notes on, to doodle on, or, in my case, to write a full days set of notes on. It simply depends on the size of your writing or how much of a hurry you are in.

This little pad is perfect, you can write on it quickly without it slipping across the table, they don't move or go missing in strong breezes of desk fans or open windows, and that yellow colour is easy on the eyes.

The only drawback is that the corners curl up easily, making them look warn and scruffy and after a few applications, the glue becomes unresponsive and limited.

Not bad for a product that was born out of trying to find a reusable wall paper paste! A super tacky substance that would stick to almost anything, remain sticky and yet be removed easily with no mess. However, the glue was never devloped strong enough to stick heavy wallpaper to walls for any long period of time...when the paper stuck lightly to the tabel though...VOILA!

If it wasn't for the edges curling too easily, and the glue picking up too much dust and grime too quickly, Post-Its would certainly hit 6/6, sadly, 6/8.

Tetley Green Tea Pure (6 Out Of...7

Costing £0.98 from a local Tesco store, this small, green coloured tub containing 25 bags looks clean, appealing and has none of the glitz and glamour of larger, mainstream packets.

Tetley are known for their Tea and this particular type is certainly going to help them along. The Tea is described as:

"..Steamed Sencha Style...High In Antioxidants"

A quick flick on Google and we can see that this is true, especially for Green Tea.

The average cost per bag is a little over £0.03, so rest assured, Tetley will not break the bank, but does the low cost comprimise quality?

No.

The drink is mild, fruity and flowery. The 'Sancha' method involves steaming the leaves lightly prior to packaging, helping bring out the flavour when it comes to brewing.

Whilst assisting in weight loss, cancer prevention and detoxing, the Tea also provides a beautiful drink to sit and relax with, be it in a busy office, or at home in quiet.

We give this: 6/7 (well, we couldn't give 100% on the first one, people will think we're soft!)

6 Out Of...Reviews - The First Look

Hello, welcome to a new blogg, "6 Out Of...".

Here, we review anything and everything that may take our, or your, fancy. The reviews are conducted independently of the suppliers and in no way reflect an offical opion or score system.

Our review technique is fairly average, we look at the product, its uses, its features and decide if we like it or not. The UNIQUE factor of "6 Out Of" (6-O-O) is our score system. Here goes:

Much like the old, original, 'out of 10' system, we score using 6. However, it is done on the basis that 6 out of 6 is the best score, i.e. 100% perfection. This can then decrease by being, for example, 6 out of 12 if we feel it is average. Or, in extreme cases, we could rate an item 6 out fo 1 billion if it is really really poor.

We feel our unique score system provides us with a new, fresh approach to reviewing products.
